The Origin of Veganism
The essential vegan institution on the planet, The Vegan Society, was founded in 1944. Perhaps due to the lack of meat, the Second World War forced many people to change their food to vegetables because of the scarcity of food. But the movement's proposal went far beyond just the intake of vegetables.

Some health deficiencies, such as gout, can often be mitigated from a temporary reduction of animal products.
For the nutritional biochemist Roger Williams, Ph.D., who coined the term 'biochemical individuality,’ "people cannot see veganism as a diet that weakens because it requires different nutrients since we know that individuals have genetic mapping. Thus, there is no organism strictly identical to the other."

Research hard: first of all, you'll be researching deep to find a vegan diet compatible with your biotype.
