First Exchange Is Free!
Your first exchange or return is free within a 30-day period. That means that you don't have to pay for shipping! However, if you need to exchange items multiple times or return merchandise after the first exchange, the following shipping and handling fees will be charged.
- Exchange for another size or color of the same item

- Exchanges/returns must be requested within 30 (thirty) days after the item is delivered.
- Return shipping labels are valid for 7 (seven) business days.
- Once the item is received at our distribution center, a quality review will be conducted, which may take up to 7 (seven) days before the exchange/return is approved.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging
- Merchandise must not be worn
- Merchandise must have all tags attached
- Package must contain all items requested for return

3. EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE/COLOR
This type of exchange is only available for replacing items with the same product of equal value.
Pending approval by our quality assurance team, the new item(s) will be shipped at the speed of original delivery.
Only available upon return of entire order:
- Shipping costs are included in refunds.
- To receive a refund, it is necessary to return all items in the order (including gifts).
Pending approval by our quality assurance team, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
5. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is damaged or defective, you may exchange it within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.

Received a Greenco item as a gift and didn't like the color or got the wrong size? You can exchange it for a different color or size within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the item.
